This is most likely due to an outdated credit card on file for your client account. To Reinstate your Video Hosting Plan please login to your account within 24 hours and update your credit card information:

1) Visit: www.YourVideoSpokesperson.com and click on Login on the top right
2) Enter your username: <> and password
3) Click on Update Credit Card to save your new credit card information.
