1. Introduction.
Your Video Spokesperson provides businesses with video production and marketing services. A 50% deposit is due on all orders; however Your Video Spokesperson provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our guarantee is simple; we will work with you until you’re 100% satisfied with your video production or offer you a full refund within 30 days of your order.
Once paid in full, you own the final video production outright with no additional costs. All video pricing includes: Script writing, professional spokesperson, licensed images, video footage, music and free video hosting.
Any Video Marketing services are billed on a monthly subscription basis on the first day of the month for that month of service.
These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this (“Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full.

We retain the right to use any of our copyrighted material for any legal purpose, including its use within projects for other clients unless (a) we have granted you an exclusive license or (b) the material contains trademarks or specific intellectual or imagery copyrighted by you. Other than content you own, which you may have uploaded on this Website or sent to us during your video production, under these Terms, Your Video Spokesperson and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material, and all such rights are reserved. We reserve the rights to use any footage and related files from any client-commissioned projects for promotional or marketing purposes.

With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Your Video Spokesperson a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. If you send Your Video Spokesperson “Your Content” to be incorporated into your video production you are certifying that you have the full rights to use this content within your finished video production and intended usage. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights.

5. Warranties & Included Services.
Your Video Spokesperson makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult, promises, sales guarantees or advice to you. If a client desires to make any changes in the script or asks for a different spokesperson after both were approved by client, an additional cost of $150 will be applied for each change. If a client requests an extended length video beyond the initial purchase, the extra time would be billed at $75 for every additional 30 seconds with a free 10-second buffer.

Once your video order is completed and you have approved of the final video and paid the balance due there are no refunds. Please note that all of our video clips are HD to ensure the highest quality production. Free video hosting is included with our Vimeo player which has a very small YVS image on the bottom right which only shows when the video playback bar is engaged.
6. Limitation of liability.
In no event shall Your Video Spokesperson, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our video production services, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Your Video Spokesperson, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our video production services.
