Installation Instructions

To embed your video on any website:

1. Copy the embed code found here https://yourvideospokesperson.comhosting

2. Paste the embed code into your HTML page in the location that you want the video to appear. The embed codes are responsive by default, meaning that your video will automatically resize itself to the width of its container or screen be it in a mobile device or a desktop computer.

3. Be sure you’re not pasting it within another line of code – otherwise you will see errors on your webpage.

4. Once the code is pasted and saved in the proper location, you will see the video appear and play on your website.

YouTube:
As part of our free video marketing services we will upload and add your video to our YouTube channel. Your video will be keyword optimized for the top search results across Google and YouTube. Within a couple weeks of completing your video we will email you once we begin working on your search optimization.

FACEBOOK:
To upload and post your video on your Facebook page, first download your video from the YourVideoSpokesperson.com hosting page. On your Hosting page under the embed section you’ll see DOWNLOAD VIDEO HERE. Click the link and save the file on your computer.

Next, go to the Facebook Creator Studio: https://business.facebook.com/creatorstudio
Click on Create New, then select “Upload Video”. Choose the video file you want to upload from your computer. If you operate multiple Facebook pages, choose the Page you want the video uploaded to.

Enter a title for the video, a description, and tags on the Video Details page. Then click on the Thumbnail page. You can upload a custom image, choose a still from the video, or select one of the Auto-Generate images.
Click Next, on the Publishing Options page, you can choose to Publish the video at the moment of upload or select Schedule and choose the date and time you’d like the video to be added to your Facebook page. There are other settings on this page that you can adjust depending on your needs.

If you choose to publish in the moment, press the blue Publish button. If you choose a scheduled time, the button in the lower right of the page will say Schedule.

TWITTER:
To upload and post your video on Twitter, on your Twitter Feed you’ll see a space that says “What’s Happening?”. Click the photo icon within that bar. Choose the video file you downloaded from the hosting page. Once you select your video you’ll be able to “Trim” the video. The video will be shown on your screen with a bar below it. You will drag the sides of the bar all the way to the left and all the way to the right to select the entire video length. Once you do that select “Done”. That will add your video to your Tweet. Type your caption or Tweet related to the video. Then press “Tweet” and your video will upload to your Twitter Feed for your followers.

INSTAGRAM:
To upload and post your video on Instagram, you can either use the mobile app, or the Instagram Creator Studio: https://business.facebook.com/creatorstudio

It will be easiest to use the Creator Studio. Download your video from the Hosting page of your account onto your computer. Then visit the Creator Studio website. At the very top of the page, switch from Facebook to Instagram by pressing the Instagram logo, it will be highlighted in magenta.

Now, click Create Post. You have two options. “Instagram Feed” or “IGTV”. Instagram Feed you are restricted to a video that is only up to 60 seconds long. IGTV is geared towards videos that are Vertical (9:16), but you can upload 1920x1080HD (16:9) videos over 60 seconds long. So if you have a video over 60 seconds, choose IGTV.

If you choose “Instagram Feed”… type in your description and add your hashtags. Click the “Add Content” button to select your video. On the right, you can choose your Cover Image (a.k.a. Thumbnail). You can upload a custom image, choose a frame from your video, or select an auto-generated image. After you are done with these steps either select Publish, or click the drop down arrow next to Publish to select Schedule and pick a time and date you’d like the video to be added to your Instagram Feed.

If you choose “IGTV”… type in a title for your video, a description, and you can choose to select the “Share Preview to Feed” option so the video is displayed on your Instagram Profile Grid as well as the IGTV page of your account. We recommend that you choose this option. Then select Cover Image from the right hand side. You will want to upload a Custom Image with a vertical (9:16) aspect ratio. You can’t use the choose a frame option for videos that are horizontal (16:9). Once you select your Cover Image, press Publish or select the dropdown arrow next to Publish and click Schedule to pick a date and time you’d like the video to be added to your Instagram IGTV page.

You can access your IGTV page on the Instagram account by going to your profile page and swiping over to the left.
Again, we recommend you upload videos to Instagram from a computer to make the process easy, and allow you to have more customization to choose Cover Images (a.k.a. Thumbnails) for your video.
